Keira, Mia and I got together to interview Miss Natasha Tuma from Forest Hill College. We got to know her from her childhood to now. Let's dive into what we found out...

Miss Tuma grew up always being a bit of a book worm. She switched schools quite a lot in primary school, but during high school she stayed in one school. Miss Tuma enjoyed her school experience and found that she really found her interests during high school. Growing up she never really knew what she wanted to when she was older, but she said that as she got older she knew she wanted to work with people and help others. Because of this, she went to university and studied arts, teaching and politics.

While Miss Tuma was a young girl she also danced - she did tap and jazz. She told us about her crazy foam, seahorse costume that her mum made for her. But as Miss Tuma grew older she stopped dancing, until when she was in her teen years she began ballroom dancing. Then, for her first job ever, she was a dance teacher. She taught really young kids how to dance. Miss Tuma no longer takes actual dance classes, but she says every now and then she has a little dance party at home.

More recently Miss Tuma has had to experience teaching with online learning. When asked about it, she explained how it was definitely a struggle sometimes, but it was an adventure. Miss Tuma had to go through this during only her second year of teaching, as her first year was was in 2019.

From this interview you can tell that Miss Tuma is a gentle, loving person. She wants to help people and it shows that she is a caring person - you can also tell because Miss Tuma has a cat (Bonnie). Miss Tuma calls Bonnie her little fur baby and is dedicated to looking after her. Over all Miss Tuma has a very kind heart, and has a very interesting childhood.
